Food for 2010
Sorry for the disappearing act again...
been busy with work and zayne... the little boy has grown alot and never cease to amaze us everyday..... Anyway, back to the actual topic.... .FOOD..
the last 2 months suddenly have craving for nasi lemak... which is easy to make...
except for the SAMBAL... hmmm so decided to make my own version of sambal.. result is not bad, i guess, coz my wife decided to have Nasi Lemak for 5 consecutive nights.. not counting nasi lemak for lunch too!!!...
just over the weekend, since its near to CNY ...suddenly miss my mum's braised duck and chicken... so.... tried my hand at making my braised chicken too.. have to say it was pretty good.. and since having lots of sauce left, added bean curb and boiled egg, so that I can have a truly Teochew meal !!.. yum yum

Hokkaido before Christmas..
Sorry for disappearing for so long but have been really busy with work.
Wife has been updating with pictures only and now words... sigh..
as usually.... always communicating with her "telepathy" :P
We have been planning for this Hokkaido trip since last december...
and finally here we are... not much scenery,... mostly of my son as usual :P
At Haneda Airport:
At the Check-in Center to collect our lodge key... and Zayne is so tired
that he refuse to wake up.... from the bus to the sofa seat, he slept like hibernating polar bear!!

Osaka Aquarium
We went for a short trip in Osaka,brought Zayne to the aquarium!! 8 floor of fishes to see! so cool..
