This is really funny and scary... I recall vividly, my mum with cane in hand screaming at me and giving me a few lashes, just to try to wake me up for school... and I think that continued till even College... her words to me :
"I (my mom) think I really owe you in previous life to have to suffer like that, screaming and shouting at you every morning to wake up... Wait till you have your own children, they will 'torture' you in turn, Ah!!!"

焼肉 Home Style!

As you all know, Some friends were visiting us from 23-27 Aug... .. and they must have prayed to the weather gods, because just the night before their arrival, the temperature took a sudden dive. From 35 degrees sweltering steamy summer to almost Spring-ish 21 degrees, with spring-ish rain too!!.. Best way to show a good japanese hospitality, well adapted in my case, was to have a Korean Style BBQ at home with, good ol' japanese BEER!!!

So on Sunday night (24/8) together with IS, Meg and myself, we started Our Logistic operation at 6pm in Jusco, just across the street. By 7.30pm, we were back and Eveything was prepared..












Oh... almost forgot about the Japanese sake too .. ha ha ha with everyone all "HIGHLY" happy, of coz its more pictures!!

Zayne was being the 100% darling any baby can be on Saturday (3o/8).. and the Weird rain has subsided finally, mummy was itching to go somewhere, but was afraid it will rain again... so where else, but JUSCO across the street...

After some aimless roaming... and walking into the Game Console section, my turn to have an "itchy" backside... I decided to buy MarioKart... with a not very approving look from mummy of coz.. ha ha ha.. Hurried went home to play my Wii set (after not having time to touch it since we move up here in Apr)... Had a blast playing it, and I can see mummy was dying to play too, but she was carrying Zayne.. ... so I thought, well I better Train Zayne to play MarioKart so that we can all race together as a family!!

Hmmm Our little speed devil seems to prefer the Black steering wheel...

Shopping ! Shopping!!!

after so so many days at home with baby Zayne.. finally weekend is here!!! and my shopping mood is here too!!! kekeke... so we went out on sunday to shop at LaLaport,shopping mall near our place. i bought some clothes for myself.. and somemore for zayne boy! autumn is coming,must get him warmer stuff..he so scared of cold lo!!!

Is Japan Really more expensive??

Just recieved my Electricity bill for the month of July... with me turning on my airconditioning
almost every day and night, (both living room and bedroom)... the total amount for water and Electricity totalled ¥17,000... ~ $221 @ Yen/SGD rate of 0.013
( I did not add in gas bill )

Now I dun really know the value of things in japan, yet, but comparing it back with Singapore,
with me not traveling and at home and only turning on the living room A/c on some nights, bedroom a/c all nights, my Utility bills totalled $180 (I dun use g'arment gas)..

so comparing $221 in japan with $180 in singapore for Electricity and water, and bearing in mind, A/C was used almost every day for both living and bedroom day and night in japan compared with lesser usage in singapore... is Japan really an expensive city??

I believe that Singapore has become more expensive... even with the periodic subsidies that is given out. Don't think it will be long before Singapore is on par or overtakes japan as the more expensive City to live in.

This is my Darling..

..he takes extra precaution for oncoming traffic for me and baby zayne to cross the roads safely.

..he sometimes surprise me by stocking up coke when he knows i crave for it...

..he walks in front me so that he can grab hold of me n baby in case i trip or lose balance when climbing staircases or on the escalator.

..he demands me to rest when he sees my panda eyebags even though he has "panda" too.

..he carries all my bags and stuffs all by himself so that i’m free from extra weights.

..he reminds me to drink water,take vitamins and says he loves me ALL THE TIME.

..he sacrifices his own leisure time to accompany a bored, emotionally-sensitive wife and end up doing nothing for the whole weekend..

..he always cooks my favourite dish and serves it with my favourite ice lemon tea..

..he brings me n baby out shopping even though he is so tired at work..

..whenever i lose my temper,he would kiss me and says he loves me..

U are a great husband to me,good father to Zayne,WE LOVE U TOO!!!
